Returns & Refunds
We take great care with every Tea Buttons order to ensure it arrives fresh and perfect. Due to the nature of our food products, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and parcels are collected promptly. For international orders, parcels not collected within the local post office holding period cannot be resent.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
