My Clean Girl Tea Ritual: How Tea Fits Into a Healthy Lifestyle

Living a clean, minimal, and wellness-focused lifestyle is something I truly love. From my skincare routine to what I put in my body, I try to be mindful about choosing things that feel nourishing, effortless, and good for me—and that’s exactly why tea is such a big part of my daily rituals.


Morning: Energise & Glow from Within 🌞

Mornings set the tone for my entire day, so I love starting with a cup of tea that gives me a natural boost. Instead of relying on coffee (which sometimes makes me jittery), I go for a tea that supports my energy levels without the crash.


☕ My go-to morning teas:


✅ Vanilla Black Tea – It’s packed with antioxidants and gives me that fresh, awake feeling.

✅ Matcha – A clean source of caffeine that also helps with focus and metabolism.

✅ Lemongrass-ginger tea – It’s soothing, helps with digestion, and makes me feel refreshed.


✨ My ritual: Add a Matcha Tea Button from Tea Buttons to a cup, pour in hot water, and enjoy. ✨ My ritual: Put some water to boil in the kettle, add turmeric tea button from Tea Buttons in a cup add hot water to it. Add a bit of milk and that’s all. It also contains a little black pepper in it for kick. I love to sip it while reading or doing my evening skincare routine. It’s such a relaxing way to end the day.
